📋 Description

• Own all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance • Work with design engineering and test teams to drive products from design completion to volume production release • Perform engineering tests to verify and validate product designs • Support product evaluation and qualification on leading-edge technology components • Ensure production schedules are followed and products meet specifications and quality requirements • Interact with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams • Analyze and provide technical support to resolve customers' product-related problems and issues • Advise executives on functional strategies, often segment-specific, on significant matters • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues • Work under minimal supervision • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure • Experience with unit testing and mocking • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders • Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to run large-scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams • Preferred: Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes • Preferred: Six Sigma certification • Preferred: ITIL certification • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
