📋 Description

• Support the market's ability to execute strategic priorities, address complex operational challenges, and deliver consistent results • Lead and coordinate complex operational and strategic initiatives supporting market development goals • Develop, communicate, and implement project and operational plans • Monitor progress against objectives, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution • Identify and secure resources; develop work plans and schedules • Coordinate with internal business partners and external stakeholders • Provide strategic guidance, stakeholder management, and problem-solving expertise for cross-functional initiatives • Address emerging market needs and ambiguous operational challenges • Identify stakeholders, assess dependencies and risks, define actionable approaches, align teams, and drive work through resolution • Prepare reports, facilitate meetings, communicate status and recommendations, establish priorities, and coordinate cross-functional efforts • Ensure achievement of key milestones and deliverables while exercising independent judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and/or health plan operations • 3+ years of experience leading large-scale projects and coordinating cross-functional teams • Demonstrated success building and maintaining effective working relationships within a highly matrixed environment • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to assess complex situations, navigate ambiguity, and provide actionable recommendations • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
