📋 Description

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Provide personalized service to prospective members • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals • Expand Humana's market presence by building relationships and becoming a valued community resource • Serve the designated local territory through field-based community engagement • Work collaboratively with a team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Field Agents under a Senior Manager and Regional Director

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain • Must reside in the designated local territory • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, community-based events, and local community settings • Valid state driver's license • Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher based on state requirements • Flexibility to work appointments and events at night and on weekends • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred • Background in selling Medicare products preferred • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups preferred • Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Bilingual in English and an additional language, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages preferred • Ability to pass the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test when speaking with members in a language other than English • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
