📋 Description

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market • Build relationships and become a valued resource in the local community • Use company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities • Work as part of a collaborative team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Professionals under a Senior Manager and Regional Director • Attend mandatory training during the first five weeks of employment • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date unless selected for an approved unlicensed foundation hiring class • Must reside in the designated local territory • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, community-based events, and local community settings • Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher based on state requirements • Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment • Comfortable navigating enrollment tools, CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools simultaneously • Appointments and/or event times may vary at night and weekends; flexibility is essential • First five weeks of employment and attendance are mandatory • Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License (preferred) • Background in selling Medicare products (preferred) • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups (preferred) • Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations (preferred) • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs (preferred) • Bilingual in English and an additional language, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages (preferred)
