📋 Description

• Report to the Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales • Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription offerings • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the local market • Build relationships and become a valued resource in the community • Use company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms to support member consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up activities • Attend required licensing, virtual, and in-market training • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date unless selected for an approved unlicensed foundation hiring class • Must reside in the designated local territory • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events, and in local community settings • Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher based on state requirements • Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment • Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms simultaneously, including enrollment tools, CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred • Background in selling Medicare products preferred • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups preferred • Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Bilingual in English and an additional language, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages preferred • Must maintain valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance • Ability to work varying appointment and event times, including nights and weekends • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training
