📋 Description

• Manage provider data for health plans, including demographics, rates, and contract intent • Manage provider audits, provider service and relations, credentialing, and contract management systems • Execute intake processes and manage provider perceived service failures • Determine methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks and projects • Prioritize requests and interpret and adapt procedures, processes, and techniques • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, etc. • Data analytic experience • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office • Proficient in Excel • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Provider credentialling experience preferred • Previous experience in claims preferred • Prior contract review, loading or interpretation experience preferred
