📋 Description

• Initiate, negotiate, and execute physician, hospital, and other provider contracts and agreements • Communicate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers • Analyze the financial impact of contracts and terms • Maintain contracts and documentation within a tracking system • Assist with identifying and recruiting providers based on network composition and needs • Advise executives on significant matters and develop functional, often segment-specific, strategies • Lead projects related to provider contracting and network management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive network management experience, including hospital contracting and network administration in a healthcare company • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Extensive provider contracting skills, including contract negotiation, preparation and implementation, financial analysis, and rate proposal development • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience with ACO/Risk Contracting • Experience with Value Based Contracting • Tribal health, Medicaid, and/or DNSP contracting experience • Located within the region: Idaho, Montana, Washington, Wyoming, Utah, Oregon, or Alaska • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
