📋 Description

• Supervise processing of referrals and authorizations • Serve as a resource for the team • Monitor and coordinate referral and authorization activities • Prioritize caseload among associates to optimize available resources • Implement contingency operations to meet performance standards • Research and resolve referral and authorization issues • Facilitate training requirements for non-clinical associates • Coach associates and complete performance management plans • Develop associates for future growth opportunities • Report to a Manager of Referrals

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services) • Must not currently live in Puerto Rico • 3 years of supervisory, management, or Team Lead experience • 5 years of referral and authorization management experience • Previous or current TRICARE experience • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Ability to work 40 hours per week
