📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models • Solve moderately complex to highly complex issues using deep analytics and evaluation of variable factors • Develop impactful data visualizations to support strategic direction and communication with senior and executive leadership • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across BI deliverables • Perform complex data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives • Optimize existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence engineering or related roles • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformation • Expertise building visualizations, reports, and apps in Power BI and Power Apps • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets in large organizations • Proficiency with healthcare-related data and regulatory concerns • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency with programming languages such as Python • Knowledge of DevOps practices in BI environments • Experience with cloud technologies such as ASA and/or Databricks • Successful delivery of analytics solutions in healthcare or related domains • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for self-provided internet service • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
