📋 Description

• Perform analysis of business, process, and user needs • Document requirements • Conduct cost/benefit analysis • Translate needs into system requirement specifications • Serve as primary process owner and coordination point for letter configuration work within the MHK system • Manage letter requests from intake through readiness, offshore configuration, quality review, testing coordination, and release readiness • Manage processes and coordinate stakeholders • Ensure complete handoff documentation • Coordinate with offshore configuration resources • Monitor backlog aging and throughput • Escalate risks or blockers as needed • Produce operational reporting • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working within the resolution team or software configuration • Experience in problem analysis and process • Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for self-provided internet service • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections permitted only with leadership approval • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: Experience managing configuration efforts within MHK • Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: Experience coordinating work for offshore contractors • Ability to work occasional night hours once per month for specific releases, between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m.
