📋 Description

• Analyze, integrate, and visualize complex datasets • Develop long-term data solutions with IT using Snowflake and Azure • Consolidate multiple business-generated tables into single repositories • Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements • Develop project plans and timelines • Write user stories for Agile development • Partner with IT and business stakeholders • Coordinate cross-team collaboration with Reporting, Analytics, Operations, Sales Channels, and IT partners • Document end-to-end data processes, business rules, source-to-target mappings, and process flow diagrams • Conduct root cause analyses for issue triage and resolution • Represent prioritized customer needs during requirements, development, and testing • Implement change management processes and maintain requirements documentation • Support production turns and incident monitoring, including occasional nights or weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or systems analysis OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience • Advanced experience with T-SQL, PL-SQL, TOAD, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Snowflake, Databricks and related tools • Advanced skills in SQL queries, API integration, and working with large, complex datasets • Experience in data mining, cost-benefit analysis, and creating impactful data visualizations • Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and remote teams at all organizational levels • Highly organized, with a commitment to delivering quality products and services • Minimal nights or weekends may be required to support production turns or incident monitoring • U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency; company sponsorship is unavailable • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: advanced degree in a quantitative discipline • Preferred: Azure Data Fundamentals or Snowflake SNOWPRO certification • Preferred: advanced experience with Databricks, PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate • Preferred: expertise in forecasting, simulation, and predictive modeling • Preferred: experience with Systems Development Life Cycle, Agile processes, and user story writing • Preferred: proficiency in healthcare-related data and integrating disparate datasets
