📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Security solutions across a complex healthcare environment • Engineer and support solutions using SailPoint ISC, Okta, Active Directory, and Entra ID • Design and implement JML, provisioning/deprovisioning, access certification, RBAC, SSO, MFA, federation, and entitlement governance capabilities • Integrate enterprise and clinical applications using SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, and REST APIs • Apply least privilege and Zero Trust principles across workforce, partner, vendor, and application identities • Automate identity processes to improve reliability, scalability, and auditability of access controls • Troubleshoot complex provisioning, directory, authentication, and access issues across interconnected platforms • Partner with application, clinical technology, architecture, compliance, and cybersecurity teams • Support HIPAA-related regulatory and audit requirements and protect sensitive healthcare information • Provide senior-level technical leadership, engineering standards, design reviews, and mentoring • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field • Strong experience in Identity Security, IAM, or cybersecurity engineering • Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, Okta, Active Directory, and/or Entra ID • Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and federation • Experience with SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, APIs, and directory technologies • Experience integrating applications into enterprise Identity Security ecosystems • Healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred • Experience securing clinical and healthcare applications highly desirable • Strong automation, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
