📋 Description

• Research best business practices internally and externally to establish benchmark data • Define and lead business improvement projects aligned with business strategies and operational priorities • Collect and analyze process data to recommend practices and procedures focused on member experience, productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction • Determine how information technologies can support business process re-engineering • Design, implement, and improve business processes across designated areas • Own and deliver a portfolio of process improvement projects achieving quantifiable annual cost savings • Analyze and measure existing business process effectiveness using industry benchmarks and business strategy • Partner with operations leadership to quantify initiatives improving cost, quality, and outcomes • Influence leadership and cross-functional partners through data-driven insights and storytelling • Develop projects using DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies • Identify project risks, make technical decisions, and escalate issues • Monitor project performance metrics for cost, efficiency, and quality objectives • Validate and report financial impact, including hard and soft savings • Indirectly lead cross-functional teams to obtain and sustain project objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related quantitative field • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or operations management • Demonstrated success planning and implementing broad process improvement initiatives at tactical and strategic levels • Proven change-agent abilities, including influencing and motivating people across organizational levels • Ability to think analytically, apply analytical techniques, and provide in-depth technical process, business process, or raw-data analysis and recommendations • Expertise in project management, program management, problem solving, and issue mitigation • Proficiency developing and interpreting financial measures, cost modeling, and forecasting • Ability to integrate into and thrive as a member of a virtual team • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Preferred: Master Black Belt certification • Preferred: Direct experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
