📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget • Support insurance-segment initiatives, primarily Medicaid state implementations • Design, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives supporting enterprise objectives • Oversee program and project execution, monitoring progress and performance • Proactively resolve operational challenges to minimize delays and ensure successful outcomes • Identify, acquire, and manage internal staff, materials, and external vendors required for project delivery • Prepare project documentation, including requirements, schedules, budgets, and forecasts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization • Conduct regular status meetings and reports to ensure transparency, track milestones, and address risks or issues • Set priorities, delegate tasks, manage risks, and coordinate project teams to meet targets and deliverables • Shape department strategy and drive continuous improvement across programs and initiatives • Work independently using significant judgment and discretion in determining approaches and resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management • Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or other project management tools to develop and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, SAFe, comparable project management certification, or Prosci Change Management certification preferred • Experience working with business and technology teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments preferred • Experience using PowerBI or other reporting tools preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of Medicaid business processes in a regulated environment and Medicaid state implementations preferred • Demonstrated success managing multiple, complex projects or programs, preferably in an enterprise environment • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and foster collaboration among stakeholders at all levels • Strong strategic and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project and program risks • Experience building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
