📋 Description

• Gather and document business system and functional requirements • Influence system design to optimize support • Ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements • Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements • Coordinate testing and operational readiness • Coordinate transition to the appropriate production support team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a testing environment or area • At least 2 years of experience utilizing knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile development methodologies • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business analysis, including the development of artifacts • Experience with CAS claims processing • Experience facilitating cross-functional team efforts • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred) • Strong desire to learn how multiple systems and processes work together (preferred) • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
