📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Lead to provide operational and strategic support for the Application Operations Center and Postproduction Validation teams • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload • Recommend and deploy advanced tools and methodologies for application operations and validation activities • Analyze workflows and develop standard operating procedure and best-practice documentation • Oversee daily application support and monitoring activities to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability • Coordinate task execution with onshore and offshore teams and promote adoption of new processes and technologies • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators and present findings to leadership • Ensure automation and process improvements comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements • Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and change management activities • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and communicate progress on automation initiatives • Create and maintain testing strategies aligned with Humana's Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience • 5+ years of experience in engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roles • 5+ years of technical expertise in Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, Splunk, and other monitoring tools • 5+ years of experience in Java or Python • Experience with intelligent automation tools, such as RPA, process automation, Azure AI, Claude code, and GitHub Copilot • Experience using AI-assisted development tools for increased productivity and accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and varying levels of personnel • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences • Ability to create and maintain testing strategies aligned with Humana's Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms preferred • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code preferred • Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred • Demonstrated ability running large-scale projects preferred • Experience with technology solutions assessments and strategy planning oversight preferred • Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration preferred • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home or hybrid home/office work • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
