📋 Description

• Define and lead the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned IT products and platforms • Collaborate with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather and prioritize requirements • Lead technical product lifecycle activities from brainstorming and planning through implementation and ongoing optimization • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements • Participate in lightweight architecture, design, and code reviews as needed • Manage technical product backlogs and prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies • Guide implementation and rollout of new capabilities, applications, and platforms • Serve as an escalation point for technical product-related issues and incidents, coordinating with business and development teams • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release coordination where applicable • Serve as a primary stakeholder contact and provide regular updates on technical product progress and outcomes • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and technology modernization • Support vendor evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, IT Leadership, Lead Development, Solution/Application architecture or related roles • Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT, and software development lifecycles • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Preferred: Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar • Preferred: Proven experience managing product roadmaps and delivering technology solutions • Preferred: Experience managing project budgets and financial forecasting • Preferred: Integration experience with Snowflake or Databricks • Preferred: Salesforce experience with Accounts, Contacts, Reports, Dashboards, Security, and Flows
