📋 Description

• Design on-brand, scroll-stopping social media assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms across Human Agency and client accounts • Execute light web design and page updates using platforms such as Webflow, Squarespace, or similar • Transform rough content into polished, presentation-ready decks • Work within existing brand systems and adapt them faithfully • Make and document smart brand decisions when guidelines do not exist • Keep files organized, exportable, and ready for handoff • Create digital and print graphics for social media, advertising, and internal initiatives • Edit short-form video content for social media and paid advertising • Resize, format, and adapt creative assets for different platforms and placements • Context-switch between client brands while maintaining brand fidelity

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of professional digital design experience within motion and graphic design • Portfolio demonstrating professional digital design experience • Proficiency in Figma • Comfortable using Canva and CapCut for templated social work • Familiarity with at least one website platform such as Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress • Demonstrable experience designing social media graphics that performed • Solid deck design skills • Working knowledge of typography, color, and layout fundamentals • Active use of AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar in a real design workflow • Ability to manage own time, interpret a brief, and deliver clean files independently • Experience with Shopify is a plus
