📋 Description

• Design on-brand social media assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms across Human Agency and client accounts • Execute light web design and page updates using platforms such as Webflow, Squarespace, or similar • Transform rough content into polished, presentation-ready decks • Work within existing brand systems and adapt them faithfully • Make and document brand decisions when guidelines do not exist • Organize files and prepare exportable assets for handoff • Create digital and print graphics for social media, advertising, and internal initiatives • Edit short-form video content for social media and paid advertising • Resize, format, and adapt creative assets for different platforms and placements

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of professional digital design experience within motion and graphic design, with a portfolio that proves it • Proficient in Figma • Comfortable in Canva and CapCut for templated social work • Familiar with at least one website platform such as Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress • Experience with Shopify is a plus • Demonstrable experience designing social media graphics that performed • Solid deck design skills • Working knowledge of typography, color, and layout fundamentals • Actively uses AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar in a real design workflow • Able to manage own time, interpret a brief, and deliver clean files independently • Ability to take feedback and improve quickly • Ability to context-switch between client brands while maintaining brand fidelity • Honest communication about capacity and deadlines • Care about the quality of delivered work • Must supply own equipment and manage own taxes
