📋 Description

• Build, configure, and maintain integrations, applications, and system connections across the enterprise environment • Own security tools and applications, monitor their health, and respond to alerts • Investigate security alerts and vulnerabilities and route them to the appropriate next step • Build automation for alerting and repetitive security tasks • Diagnose and resolve configuration, integration, and incident issues by tracing problems to root cause • Serve as a technical escalation point for the service desk • Implement security and quality controls and validate configurations against policies and standards • Use AI-assisted tools to implement, test, troubleshoot, and document technical work • Document configurations, automation logic, and dependencies • Communicate issues, findings, and resolutions to technical and non-technical partners • Participate in a growth-oriented technology and engineering career path with coaching and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience delivering scoped technical work in software engineering, data engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, IT, or a related discipline, or demonstrated readiness • Hands-on experience with security tooling such as endpoint/EDR platforms, Zero Trust Architecture, Remote Monitoring and Management, or comparable tools • Experience building and maintaining applications, integrations, or automation workflows across a multi-system environment • Generalist range and willingness to work outside your comfort zone • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to build, test, troubleshoot, and iterate on technical work with meaningful independence • Working knowledge of security concepts, including access controls, authentication, and compliance frameworks • Strong problem-solving, organization, autonomy, and ability to juggle multiple priorities without close oversight • Clear communication with stakeholders and teammates, including translating technical tradeoffs into plain language • Comfort working fully remote and collaborating across a small team and with the service desk • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must work from a location within the United States with consistent Internet service • Must maintain full attention during scheduled work hours; overlapping work or job stacking is not allowed • Must be camera-ready during training and when needed during the workday after training • Experience building and managing automations in a security context is nice to have • Experience building safeguards in an evolving AI-centered environment is nice to have • Exposure to scripting languages, API development, CI/CD pipelines, and/or infrastructure-as-code tools is nice to have
