📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day health of the EpicCare Ambulatory application for a customer • Diagnose reported issues by analyzing workflows and data, identifying root causes, and understanding underlying business needs • Gather and document requirements through stakeholder conversations • Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements aligned with standards and controls • Build, test, and validate changes to EpicCare Ambulatory, including orders, SmartTools, rules, and Nova notes • Execute changes through defined processes while documenting build decisions, test results, and final changes • Contribute to twice-yearly Epic upgrades, including testing, validation, and go-live coordination • Take on customer-prioritized optimization and project work • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand operational context and priorities • Provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and impacts • Deliver assigned work in line with SLAs, quality standards, and performance expectations • Support core client delivery activities as needed • Identify improvements to tools, processes, and documentation • Contribute to shared team knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must work from a location within the United States with consistent Internet service • Comfort working Pacific time zone hours is required • 2+ years of experience delivering scoped analyst work focused on problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation, ideally within Epic • Active Epic Ambulatory certification required at time of hire • Well-rounded experience across ambulatory workflows rather than a single specialty • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency documenting requirements, test results, and system changes clearly and accurately • Customer-service mindset and comfort working as a trusted vendor partner • Demonstrated autonomy, reliability, and initiative • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek help • Able to provide on-call support during scheduled times, if required • Full attention during scheduled work hours; overlapping work or job stacking is not allowed • Must be on camera during training and when needed during the workday after training • Nice to have: experience with orders, third-party integrations, or interfacing ambulatory orders and results • Nice to have: experience with ambulatory medication workflows • Nice to have: additional Epic certifications such as Healthy Planet, MyChart, Order Transmittal, or Cadence • Nice to have: experience on a smaller ambulatory team, distributed or remote team, startup, or fast-paced environment
