📋 Description

• Conduct on-site physical inspections of floor-planned collateral at dealerships • Reconcile assigned field audits • Work with dealership personnel to complete audits in compliance with Huntington’s procedures • Examine dealership inventory, sales documentation, and records for unaccounted inventory • Escalate audit irregularities to Huntington management immediately • Conduct on-site audits using thorough knowledge of audit procedures • Perform or lead difficult audits requiring multiple auditors and takeover audits for new clients • Inspect inventory physically and compile and verify floor plan data and titles • Report final audit results, noncompliance, and problem situations to management • Identify and report dealer news or issues to portfolio/credit management • Arrange travel, submit expense reports, and track time • Work with the internal audit team on larger and more complex exams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Auto Finance or Audit • Familiarity with tablet-based, auditing software and equipment • Excellent written and oral communication skills required • Experience with auto dealer operations • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Extensive travel, including overnight travel, is required • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Ability to work independently and efficiently
