📋 Description

• Analyze comprehensive revenue cycle processes to enhance financial performance and reduce revenue leakage for hospitals and health systems • Develop and implement revenue cycle management best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and improving efficiency • Independently lead and direct teams delivering complex performance improvement engagements • Create collaborative, high-performing work environments; address issues, remove barriers, and ensure successful client outcomes • Manage engagement-wide economics, including budgets, invoicing, and billing • Quantify financial and operational benefits, identify risks to projected outcomes, and develop solutions for data gaps or risks • Understand client challenges, create customized solutions, manage expectations, and deliver impactful presentations and proposals • Build relationships while leading multifaceted change processes and influencing change in complex environments • Define roles, build teams, coach and mentor staff, and manage performance • Build and maintain professional networks and identify business development opportunities • Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to design and implement complex, sustainable solutions • Develop enduring client relationships, networking, business development, and sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 8+ years of healthcare consulting experience related to revenue cycle • Ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs; current Healthcare practice average travel is less than 50% annually • Relevant hospital revenue cycle experience directing a department and/or team-based projects focused on process re-engineering/performance improvement initiatives and change management, OR project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting focused on hospital or physician revenue cycle, denials management, or patient access services • Strong leadership and management skills aligned to Huron’s core values and competencies • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to train and participate in professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions • Ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Direct supervisory experience of individuals and teams • Preferred experience in a matrixed organization • US Work Authorization required • Required to complete all assigned instructed courses and compliance trainings
