📋 Description

• Support the full implementation life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support • Gather business and technical requirements • Support the design of data management architectures, including data models, workflows, and integration points • Define master data domains and governance strategies • Establish matching, survivorship, and golden record rules • Configure data management platforms for integration, quality, and governance processes • Develop data validation, cleansing, and enrichment rules • Implement role-based access controls • Integrate data management solutions with ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouse systems • Define and enforce data quality standards and business rules • Implement data stewardship workflows • Support data profiling and deduplication efforts • Monitor and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies • Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts • Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing • Verify data accuracy and performance; troubleshoot and resolve defects • Create solution documentation, design specifications, and user guides • Provide training to business users, data stewards, and IT teams • Maintain system documentation and change logs • Liaise between business users, IT teams, and vendors • Support change management and adoption efforts • Assist with post-implementation enhancements • Stay current with evolving data management technologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Business analysis experience, including requirement gathering, translating business needs into technical solutions, and collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams • Master data experience across match approach and tuning, conceptual to physical data modeling, and stewardship and work queue design and configuration • Data integration experience including data mapping, sourcing, transformation, and process orchestration across all latency types • Data quality and governance skills, including data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment • Testing and validation experience, including preparation and execution of UAT, data validation, and technical testing • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both delivery leads and client counterparts • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in data management solution delivery using comprehensive platforms that provide data governance, data integration, and master data management capabilities • Command of data governance and data management best practices, tools, and disciplines, including business and technology issues related to enterprise information asset management and data protection • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to make complex concepts easily understood • Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations to define precise requirements, establish priorities, and drive outcomes • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
