📋 Description

• Manage a defined geographic and/or advisor-segmented territory • Perform external sales functions to drive sales of Nuveen products • Maintain current client assets, cross-sell producing advisors, and convert prospects to clients • Develop consultative relationships with financial advisors across wire, independent, and RIA distribution channels • Communicate Nuveen solutions, capital markets, and industry trends • Use data analytics to identify territory opportunities • Collaborate with Market Leaders, Advisor Consultants, Specialists, and Internal Advisor Consultants • Manage the sales pipeline through different stages • Share best practices across regional teams • Support US Wealth Advisory Services campaigns and initiatives across the product suite • Review client asset allocation opportunities and determine suitable Nuveen investment solutions • Develop and maintain relationships with centers of influence • Attend industry conferences and events

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of wholesaling experience • University degree preferred • 5+ years of wholesaling experience preferred • FINRA Series 7 & 63 (or combination of Series 63 & 65) preferred; can be obtained within 90 days of hire • Bachelor's degree preferred • Strong combination of sales and analytical skills • Significant knowledge of financial markets, including equity and fixed income • Ability to articulate investment discipline, process, and specific portfolios • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to profile clients • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills • Ability to analyze and prioritize large amounts of information • Sedentary work physical requirements
