📋 Description

• Own end-to-end solution design for Oracle PPM, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs • Implement Oracle Cloud Projects in collaboration with senior team members • Partner with clients to design future-state business processes and functional solutions • Execute or oversee configuration, testing, training, and end-user support • Guide technical teams on conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solution design and testing • Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams on end-to-end design • Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations • Build long-standing client relationships and manage consulting projects • Mentor junior engagement-team staff

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Oracle PPM experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP • Hands-on experience designing solutions across PPM processes and modules • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus • Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus • Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience is a plus • Experience in the healthcare or higher education industries is a plus • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams
