📋 Description
• Conduct welcome and introductory calls with new and prospective clients • Explain the legal process and what clients should expect • Build rapport and trust from the first interaction • Gather case details during intake calls using informed employment-law questions • Serve as an ongoing client point of contact • Provide updates and answer client questions with clarity and empathy • Partner with attorneys to relay client information and flag case-relevant details
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Spanish • Exceptional verbal communication skills • Warm, confident phone presence • Strong active-listening skills • Experience conducting intakes or client-facing calls, ideally in employment law or another high-volume practice • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset suited to a high-growth, fast-paced firm
