📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support data, reporting, and analytics solutions for healthcare clients • Partner with client stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical designs • Develop and maintain SQL-based queries, data extracts, and reporting datasets • Build, enhance, and support reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Support data integration and transformation activities using SQL Server, SSIS, and related technologies • Contribute to healthcare reporting use cases including clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory reporting • Leverage automation tools and scripting to improve efficiency and scalability • Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in a clear, client-ready manner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Healthcare industry experience (required) — clinical, financial, operational, or IT analytics • Strong experience with SQL for querying, data analysis, and reporting • Hands-on experience with SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau • Experience working with SQL Server, including data structures and performance considerations • Experience with Visual Studio and SSIS for report and data integration development • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
