📋 Description

• Build features full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models • Work with users and sit with the business day to day to build with them • Maintain quality through tests and evaluations on everything that ships • Take design direction from the Solution Architect and flag what the design misses • Work inside a business pod; the Solution Architect owns design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building software or AI • Python, and AWS or Azure • A capable builder who is comfortable working with the business • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Some RAG and agent experience • Exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines) • Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0 • Front-end skills • Healthcare or higher education exposure • AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102
