📋 Description

• Operate in sprints: lead planning, define clear Definition of Ready and Done, working with business and product owners, runs demo for review, perform handoff to production • Design and build full-stack applications that power the firm’s AI and analytics solutions. • Develop and deploy reusable tools and frameworks that enhance solution delivery across consulting teams. • Create intuitive front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar frameworks. • Develop robust backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), integrating with data and external systems. • Implement secure authentication, data management, and system integration across cloud environments (Azure, AWS). • Ensure seamless front-end to back-end integration and deliver complete, production-ready features. • Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices to support deployment, monitoring, and maintainability of applications. • Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into working solutions. • Operate with a high degree of ownership and independence, driving solutions from concept through implementation. • Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development • Hands-on with agentic engineering tools and IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) • Agile and Scrum delivery, including sprint planning • Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python for backend development • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
