📋 Description

• Manage hospital billing teams to ensure timely and accurate claim submission and follow-up. • Partner with Huron and Luminis leadership to implement strategies that align with revenue cycle objectives. • Monitor hospital billing performance metrics, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer regulations governing hospital billing. • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to resolve escalated billing issues and improve workflows. • Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. • Assist with technology initiatives, including Epic optimization, to enhance hospital billing processes. • Contribute to resource planning and operational improvements to achieve departmental goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 6–8 years of experience in healthcare billing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required. • Strong knowledge of hospital and professional billing processes; Epic experience preferred. • Proven ability to analyze data, manage teams, and implement process improvements. • Must be able to work travel to Luminis Health facilities.
