📋 Description

• Architect and implement D365 F&SCM solutions with embedded AI, automation, and predictive capabilities • Advise CFOs and senior leaders on AI-enabled ERP strategy • Deliver thought leadership on AI, analytics, and automation • Translate business requirements into scalable D365 F&SCM designs • Integrate Power Platform and Azure AI services • Lead cross-functional teams through finance transformation initiatives • Drive innovation, user enablement, and adoption of AI-powered tools • Oversee end-to-end implementations • Ensure strategic alignment, design validation, deployment, and post-go-live optimization • Participate in sales pursuits through discovery leadership, software demonstrations, project plans, proposals, and client presentations • Provide project and engagement management, practice development, mentorship, and administrative support

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in ERP/financial systems • 5+ years of D365 F&SCM solution design • 4+ full life cycle implementations as the finance architect • Experience in configurations • Strong knowledge of core finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, consolidations, and treasury • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements • Deep D365 F&SCM knowledge • Experience integrating Power Platform and Azure AI services • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation • Ability to engage C-level executives and lead strategy discussions • Ability to align technology with business objectives • Experience leading discoveries, configuring software for demonstrations, building project plans and proposals, and leading client presentations • Strong stakeholder management • Success leading large-scale transformation and adoption initiatives • Willingness to travel 25% • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (preferred) • MBA preferred • Microsoft certifications MB-310 and MB-700 strongly preferred; AB-100 a plus
