• Responsible for driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations • Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and solution design • System configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post‑go‑live support • Serve as a functional subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding • Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to translate hiring and onboarding strategies into scalable Oracle solutions • Facilitate design workshops and support testing cycles • Resolve functional issues and ensure integration with Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules • Support reporting and analytics needs • Develop documentation and training materials • Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality delivery of end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users • 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking • Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams • Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.
