📋 Description

• Analyze data and synthesize documentation • Develop value stream maps • Draft current-state and future-state process designs • Synthesize client stakeholder interviews • Identify process improvement opportunities • Develop recommendations and build business cases • Define return on investment (ROI) for proposed data management modernization initiatives • Develop executive summaries in PowerPoint and Word • Analyze client documentation in Excel • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations as needed in Power BI • Work within assessment teams to develop future-state vision statements and executable roadmaps • Support current-state analysis, quantify data friction costs, size gaps, and translate client needs into strategy roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word • Strong skills writing and formatting Excel workbooks • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science/Management, Information Systems, Industrial/Systems Engineering, or equivalent • 1+ years of experience using BI and visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI • 1+ years of experience with SQL programming • 1+ years of experience working with databases, data lakes, or cloud applications • Strong presentation and collaborative skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills • Experience with project management and/or software implementation processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers • Strong client management skills • Willingness to travel up to 50% (project dependent)
