📋 Description

• Analyze data and synthesize documentation • Develop value stream maps and draft future-state process designs • Synthesize client stakeholder interviews and identify process improvement opportunities • Develop recommendations and business cases for data management modernization initiatives • Define return on investment (ROI) for proposed initiatives • Develop executive summaries in PowerPoint and Word • Analyze client documentation in Excel • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI as needed • Support current-state analysis and size gaps between clients’ current and target states • Translate client needs into strategy roadmaps for executive approval • Work with assessment teams to develop future-state vision statements and executable roadmaps • Build effective client relationships and collaborate within broader assessment teams • Travel up to 50% as project dependent

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis • 1+ years of experience using BI and visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI • 1+ years of experience with SQL programming • 1+ years of experience working with databases, data lakes, or cloud applications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science/Management, or Information Systems, or equivalent • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake • Data Engineering experience is a major plus • Strong presentation and collaborative skills • Ability to communicate all aspects of job requirements and create formal documentation/deliverables • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills when working with clients and co-workers • Strong client management skills • Experience with project management and/or software implementation processes • Willingness to travel up to 50%, project dependent
