📋 Description

• Serve as a hybrid ServiceNow developer and product owner • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges • Gather and prioritize requirements • Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow backlog • Deliver technical solutions aligned with business strategies • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows • Improve business processes through automation and platform capabilities • Balance strategic product ownership responsibilities with hands-on technical development • Drive adoption and value realization across the ServiceNow platform • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders • Collaborate across geographically distributed teams • Travel up to 5% as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience • CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification • CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows • Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies • Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development • Experience with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation capabilities • Experience designing and supporting REST and SOAP API integrations • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams • Up to 5% travel as required
