📋 Description

• Support recruiting for Huron’s Oracle Business Unit across consulting and technology roles • Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies • Manage multiple requisitions and competing recruiting priorities • Provide updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, candidate feedback, market intelligence, and challenges • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate disposition • Recruit for Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI, technology, and industry-focused roles • Develop job descriptions with hiring teams • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and talent communities • Build and maintain talent pipelines and execute targeted sourcing campaigns • Maintain candidate and requisition information in Workday and other recruiting systems • Apply Huron’s interview and assessment framework and conduct recruiter screens • Provide candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers • Support interview debriefs, timely feedback, and hiring decisions • Develop and share Oracle talent market intelligence, including competitor organizations, talent availability, compensation trends, and emerging skill demands • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Current U.S. work authorization • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment, professional services organization, technology company, or executive search firm • Experience recruiting technology, ERP, consulting, or other specialized professional talent • Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting Oracle-related hiring, including Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI, or related consulting capabilities • Professional services or consulting industry recruiting experience is highly preferred • Demonstrated experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously
