📋 Description

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time and contingent staff, including job descriptions, job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer recommendation, background checks and onboarding activities • Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring lifecycle • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview processes, candidate selection and hiring best practices • Manage the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle, including intake, sourcing strategy, vendor coordination, onboarding, extensions, conversions and offboarding • Create, maintain and update recruiting tools, templates, guides and standard operating procedures • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition processes and optimize recruiting operations and workflows • Generate reports and dashboards and present hiring plan progress and metrics to People Ops leadership • Serve as primary administrator and in-house expert for Greenhouse and other Talent Acquisition platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a complex scaling or high-growth organization, or equivalent experience with demonstrated success building effective, front to back recruiting pipelines • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, SharePoint and Excel • Proficient with LinkedIn and various online sourcing methods • Experience with CRM/ATS tools; Greenhouse ATS preferred • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
