📋 Description

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned positions and locations • Post positions, source candidates, review applications, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, prepare and extend offers, and manage pre-employment screening requirements • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities • Source qualified candidates through job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, and other recruiting channels • Conduct candidate screenings and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams • Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings through completion • Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions • Manage multiple open requisitions and adjust priorities based on changing business needs • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System • Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, offers, and pre-employment status • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Follow established recruiting procedures and applicable employment requirements • Support additional Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-location environment • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management • Experience managing multiple requisitions and hiring managers simultaneously • Strong sourcing skills and experience using job boards, recruiting platforms, and an ATS • Experience recruiting for operations, frontline, skilled, and/or supervisory preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requisitions • Ability to quickly learn new positions, business operations, and hiring needs • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
