📋 Description

• Develop, research and identify prospective talent to build qualified candidate pipelines • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers regarding job-opening requirements • Define, refine, execute and communicate recruiting search strategies • Provide expertise in assigned regions, lines of business, functions and technologies • Analyze industry, product and geographic talent trends • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers • Document and evaluate recruiting and candidate interview processes • Negotiate or support hiring managers in developing new-hire compensation packages and offers • Conduct technical recruiting and highly specialized executive searches • Manage tools, resources and technologies used to identify talent • Work with agencies, recruiting contractors and internet website representatives on employment advertising campaigns • Work closely with hiring managers to define search parameters and provide market insights and talent analytics • Identify talent-rich recruitment grounds and build pipelines of top talent • Build pipelines for critical skills and future organizational needs • Manage applicant flow by reviewing, dispositioning and advancing resumes • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, pre-screen candidates and deliver pre-qualified diverse candidates • Ensure recruiting efforts are unbiased, compliant with policies and legislation, and aligned with applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring best practices • Interview candidates and facilitate or participate in selection decisions • Partner with hiring managers to define interview-team roles and assign competencies using technical and behavioral interviewing models • Grow networks, foster relationships and attend networking events to identify talent • Provide weekly and ad hoc updates to Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and business partners • Participate in selecting outside search partners when necessary • Partner with HRBPs, compensation teams and hiring managers on job-offer recommendations, approvals and delivery • Assist with employee referral, employer-brand, interviewer-training, diversity and inclusion programs • May support college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs • May assist with immigration processes as liaison with immigration attorneys • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience, training, or certifications, and 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years focused in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry • Alternatively, Master’s degree in related field and 4+ years of related experience • Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and familiarity with broader underlying concepts of related business disciplines • Ability to improve tools and processes within the functional area • Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams • Leadership skills and ability, typically leading lower levels and/or indirect teams • Excellent computer skills • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Ability to understand broader organizational impact across departments/divisions • Ability to meet multiple deadlines across varied projects/programs with accuracy and efficiency • Excellent project management skills • Broad understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry • Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment services • Experience working and negotiating with outside search partners • Experience working in a fast-paced organization • Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates in unique ways • Expertise using social media and search tools such as LinkedIn • Experience using ATS systems • Superior selection skills and proficiency in assessing individuals • Persuading, influencing, negotiating and consultation skills • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • High business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with organizational leaders • Proven ability to cultivate successful internal and external relationships • Results-driven with ability to demonstrate or quantify success against targets and metrics • Exceptional emotional intelligence and decision-making skills • Strong listening, facilitation and communication skills
