⢠Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach ⢠Identify and qualify high-potential leads for the sales pipeline ⢠Book meetings and product demos for Account Executives ⢠Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) ⢠Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies ⢠Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as call volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates ⢠Research target accounts and personalize outreach efforts
⢠3+ years of experience in Sales Development ⢠Strong communication skills (written and verbal) ⢠Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar ⢠Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs ⢠Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections ⢠Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven ⢠Experience working remotely or with international teams is a plus
