📋 Description

• Review event sales contracts and schedule payments • Follow up with customers and hotel staff to ensure deposits and prepayments are collected and posted timely • Guide customers through the credit application process to establish sufficient credit for events • Make post-event invoice adjustments and corrections • Collect final payments and send billing to customers • Report credit, payment, and billing progress to hotels weekly via account notes • Reconcile holding accounts to ensure payments are accurately credited to customer accounts • Answer customer inquiries regarding payments and billing • Work closely with hotel staff and customers across multiple properties • Maintain a comfortable, user-friendly, and organized work environment • Adapt to new demands, reprioritize workload, and address urgent demands quickly • Learn new skills, technologies, and business processes quickly • Work inclusively and independently

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or hotel Sales/Events experience required • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required • Familiarity working with Accounting or Property Management System software a plus • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Ability to work Monday-Friday, with availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM • High-speed internet service required for remote work; only DSL, cable, and fiber-optic broadband technologies allowed • Ability to provide adequate certification of internet service from provider upon request • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with associates and internal/external resources • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across all organizational levels • Ability to work independently without excessive supervision • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidential employee information • Attention to detail
