📋 Description

• Review and approve new customer accounts and verify required documentation • Update and maintain customer account information, including adjustments and corrections • Generate, review, and process accurate, compliant invoices • Scrutinize billing data and proactively address discrepancies • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance to resolve billing issues and clarify account details • Respond to customer inquiries about billing and account status and resolve disputes • Maintain organized accounts receivable files and documentation for audits, reconciliations, and management reporting • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements • Participate in billing process improvements, system upgrades, and policy updates

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with financial transactions, billing, or accounts receivable functions in a corporate environment • High school diploma/GED required • Proficiency with billing software and ERP systems • Strong data entry and data validation skills with high attention to detail • Ability to analyze account data, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues efficiently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and billing tasks simultaneously • Familiarity with financial regulations and internal controls related to billing and accounts receivable • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
