📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize AI agents and autonomous workflows for account research, pipeline insights, and sales content generation • Build multi-step workflows integrating reasoning, decisioning, and action-taking across systems • Integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce and adjacent revenue platforms • Connect structured and unstructured data sources to enable context-aware, action-oriented workflows • Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical teams • Execute against a defined AI roadmap with clear milestones and measurable outcomes • Improve agent performance using feedback loops, usage data, and outcome-based metrics • Develop and refine production-grade prompts and automation logic • Identify and mitigate AI usage and data-handling risks • Ensure AI agent solutions align with data governance and security standards • Support training and rollout of AI tools with Enablement teams • Contribute to documentation standards, operating processes, playbooks, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AI tools, prompt development, or automation solutions • 3+ years of experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Ability to design, build, and optimize AI agents and autonomous workflows • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks or automation tools • Track record of executing technical projects in fast-paced environments • Strong understanding of data structures and integrations, including APIs and structured data formats • Experience connecting structured and unstructured data sources • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM teams • Familiarity with sales engagement, forecasting, and enablement platforms • Experience creating training materials or supporting end-user adoption • Ability to contribute to documentation standards, operating processes, and best practices for AI initiatives • Familiarity with data governance, security standards, and AI risk mitigation practices • Equal opportunity employment eligibility
