📋 Description

• Support execution of Vertech's AI roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and advancing AI opportunities that drive measurable business value • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, operating practices, and capability development plans • Partner with leadership to establish AI standards, operating principles, team structures, success measures, governance models, and capability roadmaps • Establish scalable AI processes, standards, intake models, prioritization frameworks, governance mechanisms, and measurement systems • Assess emerging AI tools, platforms, copilots, agents, and automation capabilities for business applicability, technical fit, security alignment, and organizational readiness • Design, prototype, and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve workflows, productivity, decision support, reporting, and operational effectiveness • Develop AI literacy, adoption, responsible-use, and business-value realization programs • Create training materials, workshops, office hours, communications, best practices, and user support resources • Support AI governance processes, usage standards, risk management practices, and responsible AI initiatives with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and business stakeholders • Monitor adoption metrics, licensing utilization, consumption patterns, costs, and business outcomes associated with enterprise AI tools • Collaborate with Service, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and HQ teams • Own recommendations related to AI tool evaluations, use-case prioritization, adoption programs, training strategies, and AI implementation approaches • Escalate unresolved governance, prioritization, adoption, security, vendor, and organizational development issues to the Sr. Manager, AI & Data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field • 2 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business technology, business analysis, consulting, product ownership, process improvement, or related disciplines • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical application within enterprise environments • Experience evaluating technology solutions and translating business needs into actionable implementation plans • Strong communication, facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to lead change and influence adoption across diverse stakeholder groups • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments • Desired: Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude Enterprise, Power Platform, Snowflake Cortex, or similar AI platforms • Desired: Experience building AI agents, automations, copilots, or workflow solutions • Desired: Familiarity with AI governance, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, responsible AI principles, or related frameworks • Desired: Experience with technology adoption programs, organizational change management, or training initiatives • Desired: Experience within renewable energy, manufacturing, field service, or asset-intensive industries • Desired: Relevant Microsoft AI, Azure, Power Platform, or project management certifications
