📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end production and publication of web pages, landing pages, campaign experiences, product content, customer stories, forms, and related digital content • Translate approved briefs, copy, creative assets, and business requirements into structured web experiences using established templates and components • Develop production plans, coordinate dependencies, and manage web deliverables through review, approval, publication, and post-launch validation • Build and update complex web pages within the content management system according to publishing processes, brand standards, and digital governance requirements • Perform quality assurance testing across supported devices and browsers, including content, links, layout, forms, metadata, accessibility, and responsive behavior • Apply SEO, accessibility, analytics, privacy, and content-governance practices throughout production • Collaborate with marketing, creative, product marketing, communications, SEO, analytics, and development teams • Coordinate web production for campaign launches, website releases, content migrations, localization workflows, and time-sensitive updates • Analyze website data and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements to content quality, usability, conversion performance, and production processes • Identify and resolve moderately complex publishing issues and coordinate escalation of technical defects to development teams • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members • Maintain production schedules, documentation, content inventories, status updates, and launch records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5 or more years of experience in web production, web content management, digital marketing, or a related field • Strong experience using an enterprise or component-based content management system • Strong understanding of website structure, page templates, components, metadata, forms, and responsive design • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS • Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, accessibility standards, and website quality assurance practices • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills • Ability to coordinate multiple web projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to manage projects to completion with limited oversight • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Microsoft Windows and Office proficiency • Experience coordinating web production activities for complex campaign launches, website releases, content migrations, and localization workflows • Demonstrated ability to analyze website data and stakeholder feedback • Experience maintaining production schedules, documentation, content inventories, and launch records • Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex publishing issues and coordinate escalation of technical defects • Ability to mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members
