📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. • Build and integrate serverless backend services using services like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3. • Collaborate with product owner to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces. • Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and handle offline-first and caching scenarios. • Implement authentication and authorization flows (e.g., OAuth/OIDC). • Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage across devices. • Manage app store releases and CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the mobile and serverless stack. • Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and AWS best practices and bring improvements to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 3+ years of professional mobile development experience, with hands-on Flutter and Dart expertise • Proven experience building and deploying serverless applications on AWS, especially Lambda • Working knowledge of AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch • Strong understanding of state management patterns in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) • Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows • Experience developing applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD, app store submission, and release management • Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals, testing, and version control (Git) • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex) to improve productivity and code quality • Native iOS/Android experience, infrastructure-as-code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform), and exposure to push notifications and analytics tooling • Industry knowledge of residential construction, homebuilding, or construction management software is a plus.
