📋 Description

• Drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across assigned territory • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with market dynamics and corporate goals • Build and strengthen relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and practice staff • Build physician advocacy within ASCs and academic training programs • Gain access for products to be used in affiliated centers • Work with ASC and hospital-group administration to gain product-use approval • Represent Iantrek at key congresses, wet labs, and local events • Partner with clinical, marketing, and training teams to support surgeon onboarding and utilization • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records for pipeline visibility and accountability • Deliver sales goals while embodying Iantrek’s values of trust, accountability, and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ophthalmic sales, medical devices (Surgical Glaucoma preferred) • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with surgeons on procedural and patient-care benefits • Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel within assigned territory and occasionally nationwide • Authorization to work in the United States • Ability to work without requiring employment-visa sponsorship
