📋 Description

• Develop, configure, support, and improve applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform • Collaborate with analysts, architects, campus stakeholders, and ITS teams to implement technical solutions • Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality supporting operational reliability, platform maintainability, and long-term supportability • Participate in project work, production support, workflow automation, integrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements • Understand operational requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Troubleshoot complex issues • Support continued improvement of the ServiceNow platform and related services • Follow established technical standards and governance practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship • ServiceNow software development • Experience with JavaScript and AJAX • Experience with HTML and CSS • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred • Resume/Curriculum Vitae • Letter of Application/Cover Letter
