• Work closely with technical experts, project leads, and project managers to design, develop, and manage the Program’s Schedule Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule • Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple CCN NG systems-related efforts, VFMP efforts, and associated EDI efforts • Interact regularly with project stakeholders, including the customer, on schedule status and schedule metrics • Coordinate with the customer, contracts, Project Management Office, and Senior Management teams to establish and review interdependencies processes • Inform Senior Management and the scheduling team and produce enterprise-level reports • Create, update, and maintain current project schedules weekly • Validate MS Project schedules against commitments and resource availability with the aligned Department of Veterans Affairs Program Manager and stakeholders weekly • Identify schedule tasks for integration into larger Integrated Master Schedules for CCN NG technical readiness and VFMP modernization efforts • Develop MS Project macros to streamline scheduling and reduce errors • Identify and document dependencies between project schedules and coordinate updates to impacted Integrated Master Schedules • Recommend mitigation strategies for high-risk milestones • Consolidate weekly schedule updates into a structured report for VA PMO leadership • Provide monthly status meetings with VA PMO leadership on successes, challenges, blockers, and recommended resolutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale IT or healthcare programs • Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance • Experience integrating schedules into Integrated Master Schedules and supporting Agile cadence • Proven work experience with an Integrated Master Schedule • Knowledge of both Agile and waterfall methodologies • Previous experience working with federal clients such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Defense Health Agency, or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is preferred • Familiarity with VA or federal program scheduling standards is preferred • Experience working in a large healthcare organization is preferred
