📋 Description

• Onboard new customers • Build customer success plans • Ensure customers are rostered and trained on the platform • Conduct back-to-school and mid-year review meetings • Nurture customers to support Territory Managers in customer renewal and expansion • Hold regular meetings with Territory Managers to discuss account progress • Support delivery of professional development and training for teachers • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Thorough understanding of products, industries, and/or services provided to clients • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • 3+ years of closing experience preferred • Experience in K-12 education/administration is beneficial • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
